Are you a designer who thinks beyond pixels and wireframes? Someone who lives for great ideas and knows how to translate them into elegant, intuitive digital experiences? We’re looking for a Creative Web Designer to craft standout websites that align with our clients' brands and strategic goals.
You’ll collaborate across disciplines – working with developers, strategists and clients – to lead the design process from wireframes through to launch.
About the Role:
You’ll bring your creative spark and user-centred thinking to every project, developing wireframes, prototypes and stunning visual designs that elevate our clients’ online presence. You’ll be working in Figma and other tools to define structure, user flow, and visual style, always thinking about accessibility, responsiveness, and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop wireframes and page structures based on UX best practices
Create engaging, high-quality design concepts and prototypes
Translate brand identities into dynamic and cohesive digital experiences
Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity in final builds
Present ideas to clients, gather feedback, and iterate designs
Apply and evolve our wireframe/design toolkits in Figma
Ensure final designs meet accessibility, responsiveness, and performance standards
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible
